Any members of Britstops on here? Not much info on the website but just wondering whether these were daytime park ups as well as overnights?

The Britstops guide you receive in the post when you sign up via the website. We saw this a while ago . It said the app was free and then went on to say the code is unlocked by using the code found inside the front cover of your book.
what book is this ?
Love Britstops, great to have an app this year but cannot beat the book when your in a data notspot!
I asked my local, which has a very large and level car park if they were interested in becoming Britstops hosts. They do allow motorhomes to stay overnight. They weren’t interested for a couple of reasons. They seemed to think that if they became Britstops hosts they couldn’t allow non Britstops members to stay and they didn’t like the Britstops rule of not being required to at least buy a drink or two.We put our local pub on Britstops but after 3 years they gave it up!
It was quite amazing how many users wives were not feeling well upon arrival so would not be spending any money in the pub that evening
Exactly, and it's only £28 a year on a recurring subscription, it's about the only thing that hasn't gone up in price!I understand trying to save money on not buying the book etc but also rememeber these things do need support or could fade away.
I had a feeling s4s and p4n etc would be the death of brit stops but it seems to be keeping going.
First concern is incorrect - I know of one Britstop host who advertise on the website that MHs can stay and pay £x, refundable against a meal - but Britstop members can stay 1 night free on production of book. They seemed to think that if they became Britstops hosts they couldn’t allow non Britstops members to stay and they didn’t like the Britstops rule of not being required to at least buy a drink or two.
The hard face of some folk always amazes me. I'd never dream of that.I asked my local, which has a very large and level car park if they were interested in becoming Britstops hosts.
