Looks like the German invasion is going well..

With apologies to Winston Churchill

Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous British marques have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Germans and all the odious apparatus of Hymer rule, we shall not flag or fail.

We shall go on to the end
We shall fight on the aires of France.
We shall fight on the Ferries and oceans.
We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the aire.
We shall defend our British vans, whatever the inflated cost may be.
We shall fight on the beaches and pitches with sea view
s.
We shall fight on the farm CL’s.
We shall fight in the rally fields and in the streets
We shall fight in the Malvern hills and Auto Trails.. We shall never surrender.

Wouldn't fancy steering that in a cross wind:)........especially with the bike on the back.

Less of the crap talk, had our American for 8 years wouldn't change it, seen too much of german vans suffering from delaminating floors and having replacement habitation doors fitted.

Are you sure?
Benimar are made at the same Trigano factory as Chausson and Challenger, in France, according to sources!

There is a Benimar factory next to the main road in Benicarlo, definitely in Spain:), but I would not know if they are all made there.

There is a Benimar factory next to the main road in Benicarlo, definitely in Spain:), but I would not know if they are all made there.
Benimar has been producing RV for nearly 40 years and is today the undisputed leader of the Spanish motorhome market.

The first Benimar was produced in 1979 and serial production started in 1986.

The knowhow, originality and quality have been in 2002 the reasons that Benimar was integrated in the Trigano group.

In Peñiscola, under the Mediterranean sun and protected by the middle age castle, the Benimar factory has its facilities of 40.000 m2.

Modern tools, high-tech machinery and innovative technologies allow the factory to produce 3.000 motorhomes per year.

The double approval ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 warranty its quality and reliability, as well as the conformity of the environmental rules.

Benimar is present in 12 European countries, and even in New-Zealand and Chile. A solid sales department and a high performance in our polyglot after sales department have been some of the keys of our growth.

The originality of our creations, range choices and the relation quality-price are some of the other reasons of our regular success on the market.

Benimar stays a good alternative solution on the motorhome market, more competitive every year.:)

I love my stupid yank crap Owned it 2 years and no thoughts to change it yet

I won't be changing mine for a while, especially for anything German. To get anywhere near the quality of my build and the onboard facilities I'd need one of the Bitchoff things which cost 4 times as much and are only half as good, if that :)

As a big skier winterisation (not the UK interpretation) is my main concern. Sadly no UK manufacturer makes proper double floors van so it's been three German vans for me.

Of the four we have had ....

1 Japanese
1 German
1 French
1 Slovenian

It's all to do with requirements at the time of purchase.
