Thank's for all your interest everybody. Please forgive me, but I am at work at the moment. I will draw up the list and I will have to susspend bookings at this current moment. Until after my February holiday and I have met with JOE, I have PM'S to add too. Those with RV's That's Lyndon and Mada300gt, I have to first check entrance to the site. As I said in my inital posting, I have access issues this year due to the steam rally. I will therefore need to confirm this when I get back from holiday, I would hate for you to tramp all the way over and not be able to get on the site, so hold fire.

I will start a reserve list as soon as I have caught my breath....:Blush: Im sure we will be able to accomadate most, I just need a bit of time.

CAN I PLEASE REMIND PEOPLE THAT DUE TO ACCESS ISSUES THIS YEAR, WE CAN NOT TAKE ANY RV'S.
I HAVE BEEN TO TRY AND RECTIFY THIS BUT IT'S A NO GO FOR OUR AMERICAN FRIENDS I'M AFRAID. THIS IS DUE TO US NOT HAVING THE NORMAL PART OF THE FIELD.
I HAVE THEREFORE CONTACTED THE RV'S THAT WERE ON THE LIST AND INFORMED THEM OF THE BAD NEWS. I HAVE ALSO INFORMED CAROL AND KEITH OF THE GOOD NEWS.

I now have an official reserve list made up of PM's and posts. I know you are only small Jane (catyspjs) but I have to be fair to all so have added you to the reserve list. Knowing what Joe is like for wanting to make a few extra bucks, we may be able to take more vans nearer the time when permiables like weather etc are taken in to consideration.

The steam rally have moved their dates. Hence there will be no steam rally at the weekend. This will mean that we will have to make our own steam, but does allow for the fact we have more room.

I have therefore added the reserve list to the actual list.. If your intention was to come due to the steam rally being included and are now upset that it;s not happening and hence wish to be removed from the list. Please let me know ASAP.....
I too am dissapointed that they are not going to be there, but we still have a great show, great entertainment and great company...

Taranlass still won't be there though.... So if you were hoping to come and see Phil and no longer want to come, I too feel your dissapointment.

Now in to it's 5th year it's the Bring and Buy and this year for a few people it's going to be a little bit special.

Nikki and I would firstly like to thank all of you over the years that have attended to make this such a great event. Over the years we have worked out that we have had a humongous amount of vans up to 72 one year!!!!! and 63 last year alone when the weather wasn't even good.

This time round we have had a few problems getting the dates as there is so much going on, however we have managed just too squeeze it in.

The Event Will Start on the Thursday 6th June with no arrivals before 1400-

Entertainment will start from the Friday - Sunday. However, you are welcomed to stay until Monday10th or longer if you so wish by prior arrangement.

This year on the Friday, No doubt we will have our normal welcome mix of a few cocktails and some entertainment.

On Saturday we will hold the Bring and buy as per usual. A chance (for those that don't know,) to bring anything loosely related to motorhoming and attempt to sell it to others. Usual rules apply, no traders burger bars etc etc.

We have a few bonus's this year though.

The Weekend that we have been forced to have the event, happens to co-incide with the Cotton arms holding a Steam Rally. So a unique chance to have a close up look at some steam engines and some steam boats.

It's THE BUDDY HOLLY SHOW. ​

This will no doubt be followed by some more entertainment by our own funster band, made up from hopefully Janine and Barry.


Then come Sunday morning, it will be breakfast Baps, walk the dogs and then time to wrap things up......... or you may wan't to spend an additional night to sing a bit more.


THE VENUE.
The venue will be the Cotton Arms Pub Address: Cholmondeley Road, Wrenbury, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 8HG

The price will be £7.75 PN.

There is no electric hook up, however, if you need it a week before the Solstice your in trouble!!! There is always the odd emergency Generator for those that may have an EMERGENCY!!!!!

This venue serves superb Fish and Chips as well as a great Sunday roast. The owner is always more than accommodating offering great rally prices for food, and the food is great.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.​

Usually we attract a large number of vans to this event. However, this year, we will not have all the field that we used too and are having to work with reduced numbers. Therefore, we will have to limit the event to only 35 units. Unfortunately we will be unable to entertain RV's this year. This is not due to space but due to access issues. Over 30ft will give us a problem and impact on how much of the field we can use.
I will hope to start a reserve list if numbers fill up entirely and speak with Jo nearer the time to check how many steam engines will be coming.
