As one who was worried about joining in at a "meet" (being naturally shy) let me report that, having done so at Newbury, I had an excellent time at the Newbury show.

The Funsters (what a varied bunch of nice people) were all very welcoming and interesting. Let me assure people who haven't done so yet that there is nothing quite like sitting in the middle of a damp field in the cold, sipping a beer and chatting with enthusiasts from Motor Home Fun!!!

Our location was brilliant... right on the edge of the exhibition... just seconds from the Pastie Van and so much closer than the general camping area.

Thank you everyone (you know who you all are...)

... I was so reluctant to leave that I was the "Last Van Standing"...

I must also report that the Solo section had it's first "meet"... :)
