In Holland they build natural bridges for animals to cross main roads without risking their lives. Would it work in the U.K? What do you think?

Not quite the same thing but there are some similar bridges across canals in this country.

Not on that scale but there are similar bridges over the M4 .

Now that's worth my tax dollars - bring it on!
Where we live over 200 Deer have been killed on roads in the last 12 months - Nationally the figure is over 74,000 a year. I dread to think how much that must have cost the insurance companies in damaged and written off vehicles, let alone the stress to the drivers who hit them.
