We left about 8.30am and have been safely back home for awhile -- didn't see anybody around so saying goodbye and thanks this way --- even though we didn't join in as much as we would have liked we want to say that we had a great time and really pleased we attended

Sorry we had to leave the pub early but had to get back to the dogs before fireworks started. Ended up walking round the site looking for someones lost dog, don't know if they found it.
Paper boy had us up at the crack of dawn this morning (10.30) thanks Rex.
Just had eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns and toast for breakfast/lunch, got to start the New Year as you mean to carry on.

fortunately the pictures you took were all including both yourself and your good lady out of politeness to her we cannot publish (I Think Jim still hands out lifelong bans for that sort of thing)
if I remember correctly @DuxDeluxe was promising free beer for all when people read it he promptly stayed at home minding his kbac BACK

Leaving tomorrow morning, just spent an excellent afternoon/evening with @REKERLY and @Wildge and sampled some of Rex's fine malts, note to self must stock up with a range of malts instead of just Glenmorangie. Thanks all for the excellent company.

Damn and blast, missed it! Never mind another time. Thanks for organising the New Year bash. We enjoyed it very much. The retail therapy was however quite good, new snow boots for skiing trip and got half price gift sets in Boots with my points, so paid nothing at all!
