What size are your tyres? There are a couple of tables for different sized Continental Tyres in "Resources"

60psi In Front seems too high.

You need to ignore what it says on the door jam as it says the same on them all, ignore the 69 psi thing as this is something to do with the USA market.
The only way to know is to get weighed fully loaded with all on board to know your front and rear axle weights.
Then consult the attached Continental data book for your size tyre, page 78 onwards.
For now I’d leave the rears at 65 and lower the fronts a little, say 55 ish. My opinion, not fact and just to be going on with.
BUT, the only way to know for sure is to get your axle weights.

Safest thing to do is look at the axle weights on your VIN plate and use that against the Continental handbook. When I did that, I could run really low pressures, but I'd purchased fairly heavy duty tyres for a little 5.4m panel van because I was after 4 seasons.

If you are considerably under the maximum allowable weights, then use the weights from a weighbridge.
