We are traveling to Germany near Düsseldorf in November an organised event for a long weekend, our stop over is arranged for the duration. We thought we would incorporate a few days stays after the event.
My question is before purchasing the above book are the stelplatz still open that time of year?

As @jonandshell states "mostly" depends on weather as some will just close without warning. As far as purchasing book.... worth it, but try their web site first as works well on mobile or computer.
