This year we are able to offer Funsters the choice of EHU or Non EHU pitches at Avon Bank Meadows.
Prices: EHU Pitches are £18 per night, ie. 7nts = £126
We will accept bookings of four nts. or more. There will be a small additional charge per booking ie. 4nts=£75 5nts=£92 6nts=£109
NON EHU pitches are £14 per night, ie. 7nts = £98
We will accept bookings of four nts. or more. There will be a small additional charge per booking ie. 4nts=£59 5nts=£72 6nts=£85
Please Note. Should you elect a Non EHU Pitch, you will not be allocated a pitch on the riverside front row.
Also, I cannot guarantee your Non EHU pitch will have an accessible TV Aerial post

For reasons of safety, this Rally is ‘Adults Only’ We have no objections to children visiting for the day.
We cannot accept bookings from ‘Third Parties’. Each Funster will have to make their own booking.
Location: Avon Bank Meadows Campsite, Mill Lane, Wyre Piddle, Worcestershire. WR10 2JF
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club CL. with a Rally field. The field has EHU and aerial sockets. (TV reception without this is not the best).
Facilities: Although a basic site, Avon Bank has EHU. There are TV Aerial sockets in the EHU posts, (bring an aerial cable,) and several water taps around the site. There are machine laundry facilities.
There are no Toilet or Shower facilities on site. There is Black waste disposal.
Access: Double gates from Mill Lane directly into Wyre Boatyard. Gravel driveway leading to the Field.
Avon Bank was awarded the Caravan and Motorhome Club CL of the Year 2018 and was shortlisted for the same award 2024. (It received a ‘Worthy Mention’ in that Award)
It's beside the River Avon which is navigable. Fishing/boating/kayaking/canoeing are allowed from the site.
It can be seen that the space available for this event could be described as 'compact and bijoux'. I reluctantly therefore have to restrict attendees to Coachbuilt and A Class 'vans (and smaller). We cannot accommodate R.V.'s
The event starts at 1.00pm THURSDAY 25TH JUNE 2026 ending at 11.00am THURSDAY 2ND JULY 2026
(We've moved this rally so as not to clash with the Hereford Rally)
The Deposit is £20 (non refundable) to be paid when your name is put on the ‘Attendees’ list
The Final Payment to be paid by 18th May.

Wyre Piddle is within easy walking distance, where there are buses to nearby towns.
Pershore is a flat, pleasant, one mile walk through meadows. Pershore has an ASDA and numerous shops, bars and cafes.
Dogs: When on the Rally field, dogs should be tethered on your pitch or on a short lead. ‘Exercising’ is a euphemism. It is not acceptable to allow one’s dog to urinate and/or defecate against a unit on the site. Dogs should be taken directly off site, (and boatyard) into Mill Lane where there is ample provision for ‘Exercise’
I apologise to those to whom the above does not apply but it has to be said. I am not anti dog. It’s the poorly trained owners I am against.
Generators: As there is the availability of EHU for all, No generators will be accepted.
Pop up Gazebos. These will be accepted,
No ground sheets to be deployed.
Fishing; You may fish direct from the site subject to having a rod licence.
Deposit: The Deposit of £20 is due when your name has been transferred onto the list of attendees.
When you put your name down to attend, please provide your parties first name(s) and Reg. No. of the Van
N.B. We appreciate that in a small number of cases there may be Funsters who have to cancel. The Deposit and Final Payment will be repaid if that place is filled by someone on the Reserve List. Otherwise the Deposit will be forfeited and that money will go to Charity.
ADULT ONLY
The Event Field at Avon Bank Meadows is alongside and has unrestricted access to the River Avon which is deep. There is no objection to a child visiting with 'Day Visitors.'
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
I will not be accepting bookings from 'Third Parties' on this and any subsequent events. If you wish to attend with a mate, you will both, (or more) have to book in your own name.
