DFDS is offering those with a ferry crossing booked before 30 April the following:

For travel until 30th of April 2020, DFDS offers two alternatives:
• Free rebooking (no amendment fees apply). If the new ticket is more expensive than the original ticket, the customer will pay the difference.
• Free cancellation (no amendment fees apply) and a travel credit equivalent to the ticket price will be issued and can be used as payment on future sailings.

We are applying for the travel credit

We were going to sign up to Eurotunnel’s Frequent Traveller scheme, as we now have family living in The Netherlands.

As you have to use the 10 single journeys in 12 months, I asked, if travel is suspended will the 12 month period be extended accordingly. Policy up until a couple of days ago was no.

I hope Easyjet adopt this attitude. At the moment they have waived rebooking fee which is no good to me at the moment. A credit would be good.
