Probably because last year there were only 60 vans on site in sept/Oct,, Site holds 340 vans and it's normally full in Oct.BUSBY.

Sorry Pickygame can I just clarify that for winter 21/22 you have been able to specify a pitch number not just type and they have confirmed that on your booking confirmation?

I didn't say they would I meant any site will take a booking .! When I was at Bonnterra in October 2020 pick a pitch any pitch

That's because there were nearly 300 empty pitches..BUSBY

The letter sent out saying they had changed their name states that a TYPE of pitch can be booked but not a specific pitch, believe there is some leeway for those needing to be near the facilities for disabled. Our last years booking has been changed to this year hoping we get to use it and not have to change the date again.

Big advantage of Bonterra is that there are plenty of toilet/shower blocks so most pitches are pretty close..BUSBY.

Love it there it was the ideal spot for John to recuperate after his radiotherapy a 3 years ago.

You wont find a cleaner site ,traffic light system on the toilet/shower blocks and the pitches are disinfected as a van departs .

We felt really safe on there last sept/Oct.. BUSBY.
