For those not wanting to hit the town we will have the room available for the duration of our stay .

Bob`s @bobnden son Rob has kindly offered to do the disco for us so a very BIG Thank you to Rob DYNA MIX

Rob isn't charging to supply the music but it would be nice to give him a donation towards his costs . If anyone would like to donate I shall be collecting over the Bonfire weekend and shall pass it onto him .

FRIDAY NIGHT

SATURDAY NIGHT
5.45 VIP meal . Jan would like us all to be in the room by 5.40 please .
6.15 firework display for smaller children
7.45 main firework display
8.15 Disco DYNA MIX
If you wish to bring your nibles or cheese/bisciuts for your table for during the evenening please do so .
There is no bar so bring your own drinks .
SUNDAY NIGHT
Free and easy night . 6.30pm onwards

Just for clarity, is this VIP or nothing or do people have the option of coming along but not doing the meal.

It might be just me thats easily confused

@funflair Martin I was hoping others could come even if they didn't want the VIP but I need to secure the VIP places first if possible to secure that we can use the room the whole weekend . At first we said only 20 vans but obviously that would not secure 70 VIP places so my aim is to get around 35 vans or 70 VIP's I would still be happy for Funsters who would not want the VIP to state their interest because if we don't get the 70 VIP then we won't be able to have the room and then it wouldn't matter others then could come but ivbviously it would be just camping no room for the other nights only for the VIP's on the bonfire night . Jan has said if Funsters want to just come and pay to go into the display etc she would knock of £5 of the camping for the bonfire night and put that towards the tickets for the bonfire display . . Hope this all makes sense X Kate .

Have answered above Martin . Please note also I have amended OP to ask Funsters to state interest still if not wanting the VIP BUT it will mean that there will be no room available over the weeken unless 70 VIP places are filled so just camping or camping and payment into bonfire event .

V.I.P Again cant say until if we know if we are bringing the grandkids as I know they will prefer the Funfair, music, hot dogs and being by the fire outside..
