Rally Chat Bonfire weekend 2nd 3rd 4th Nov 2018 (1 Viewer)

This year due to the cost of the electric , Jan at the Showground has said we can camp for £17 per night including ehu
The Bonfire night VIP tickets are £10 per night per person this gives you the use of the room and
Firework display on the Saturday night .
Example
1unit camping @£17 per night x 3nights = £51
2 x VIP,'s 2x£10 =£20
Total for weekend £71

There will be no meal or wine this year . We can arrange a jocobs table and bring our own drinks and provide our own entertainment .
We need to secure 70 VIP places like last year to secure the room .
We can have the use of the room for the duration of the weekend if we can secure the 70 VIPs .
If there enough interest I will start a rally thread .

Can you clarify the VIP costs the way I read it £10 per person per night is £30 per person if you stay 3 days or is it £10 per person just for the Saturday night?

Sorry John It's £10 just for the Saturday night per person that's for the bonfire and firework display covered, we paid £20 last year including a meal.
So £17 per night camping
£10 each on the Saturday for display and use of room
2 x VIP sat night and 1unit camping 3nights will be £71

Was a lovely weekend last year but unfortunately dogs not allowed in VIP suite which is understandable

Thank goodness. I've not recovered yet from watching you careering round the room looking after everyone. And their wine bottles were too small.

OK sorry my mistake it's at Shrewsbury showground . I'll start a new thread tomorrow with more detail. I can't edit the opening post now. I will put it into scheduled rallies. Sorry bout the confusion
