Boiler wont start

Please help! Took the van down to clean through, the boiler is not heating up or coming on? We hAve filled the water system up, tried to turn the tap on to get hot water, even though the dial is turned on, boiler not coming on, any suggestions please, it's runs on the gas.

Hi all, yes will look at the trouble shooting, no hot water, just cold it's a truma traumatic C. 3402/C6002 hymer 2003 only got it last summer all working fine,

Hubby running it now, Thank you realised heating needed to be on a lot longer to hear up, needed to be on for around 40 mins, taps boiling now..Thank you for your quick responses. Phew!
