I have a little mist building up in one of the hab windows . Is there a fix or is it a replacement job ? Please advise

It is quite normal at this time of year.
it will eventually disappear as the weather warms up.

We've had the same issue in both caravan and motorhome.
We left well alone as mucking about trying to "fix" it could result in further issues and it usually just returns.
As ontheroadagain says it will disappear but possibly return under same weather conditions in future.

Forgot to mention we had some misting in the window in our hab door a couple of weeks back when it was bitterly cold. Cleared after being away for a few days with the weather warming up.

I looked at a N + B Flair many years ago, and the cure to a front passenger cab window was smash the inner window job done, needless to say we walked away. Bob.

Stop digging yourself deeper, its been pointed out he could have had an A class, if it was 2 day's ago one of could have been regarded as a fool, just not sure which one.
