Started in 2005, then took a 15 year break, back in 2022
Turned up on site today expecting some R&R over the weekend, and guess what. There's people everywhere.
Not just to the left and right of us, but all over.
You would think they would limit the number of people allowed per unit, or at the very least stop them talking so loud.
I might have a word with the warden.;);););););)

Oh well, the sun is out, and Friday's are for smiling..

btw, CLs are the best place if you really want some piece and quiet.

Not only that they are draping their caravans with external light strings and vertical light poles with flashing lights.
I think site owners should charge extra for using these.
PS I don't mind paying for our small dog.
 
Exactly ive been charged on every site this year so far as i have 2 small dogs. But your not going to leave one at home are you. Lol

All I have to say is

Ah, but the inverse is also true. Many many motorhomers (people) would not be there is it was'nt for their love of dogs, they do the whole motorhome thing because of their dogs. Me, I chose a size and layout specically for my huge bernese mountain dog.
If I did'nt have dogs, I would maybe do normal holidays, but I'm far from a normal holiday sort of person. Connection to animals and nature are such an important part of us, that I think you're missing the point of life a little if you disregard it.

Aye and they're all bloody moaning. Moaning about dogs moaning about kids moaning about cyclists .
Can't wait for the rain to arrive then they will really have something to moan about. 🤣🤣

We have cats, goats, hens ,sheep ,cows and yes other people's dogs at home, don't need them when away in the van thanks.

Maybe try hotel holidays then your guaranteed a dog free environment 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
 
All sounds horrendous , so so glad I am a solo operator
