I’ve only ever used BT for my emails and despite what others might say, I’ve always found it works OK for me. One of the features I like, and it’s probably available with other providers, is the ability to block email addresses. A very simple process which can hold up to 500 addresses of what I would call nuisance and unsolicited email. Up to recently, it has been easy to find the sender's email address by hovering over the name but suddenly that no longer works. I’m not sure if it’s the sender now able to hide their address, BT changed the system or me not knowing how to work this laptop. Anyone have a clue what I’m talking about and have a simple fix for me?
