Looking for overnight stop in Blackpool. I read somewhere there is a rally on at a school in St annes

You can park up at the airie in st annes. Nice spot at the beach.

Any mobile number I can ring Thanks
You dont need to ring, just turn up at the bottom car park and pay for your ticket at the machine. Do you need co- ordinates? If its Blackpool you really want theres several car parks allow you to overnight for a fee. . Which do you prefer?

2 car parks in St annes allow paid motorhome parking. The swimming pool one and the far one nearest Blackpool.

You can park overnight on the road by the beach just north of Fairhaven Lake

Good luck getting on there then 👍

Last time we were in Blackpool we stayed on the sea front car park at Fleetwood and caught the tram in. It is within easy walking distance of the tram terminus.

I am due to go to Blackpool next week but have decided against it based on the coronavirus updates over the last week or so. I know Blackpool itself doesn’t have any restrictions but everywhere around the edge does and where will all those people go after 10pm or just to escape restrictions during the day... Blackpool.

I wondered how that worked

Government: The whole of Lancashire is in lockdown

Blackpool : Really , we‘ve only just turned the bloody lights on

Governemt: Ok not Blackpool

And they wonder why people aren’t taking it seriously

Thanks for your comments. I dont need to go into blackpool So I will park in St Annes car park or the st Annes cricket club. Anyone got co ordinates for car park. Thanks

The north beach car park is usually not full, ten/ fifteen minutes walk into St Anne's.

The one in St Anne's by the swimming pool is usually rammed and awful in my opinion.

They are both £10 for 24 hrs, £18 for 48 hrs and £25 for 72 hrs.
The services are in a car/ coach park between the two .

Blackpool, is a unitary authority and not behest to Lancashire County Council hence the reasons you get *Welcome to Lancashire* signs on all the roads on the border. St Annes has two motorhome parking areas, the first one is behind the Cinema and next to the Lifeboat station , right on the sea front, no electric and no waste /water disposal, £10 A NIGHT, about 10 - 15 places if everyone parks correctly! The waste and water facilities are on the car park to the north of St Annes Pier it will cost you 20p for grey waste, fresh water and toilet disposal, The North Car Park is at the old Coast guard station and is £10 a night again but a 15 min walk along the beach into Blackpool. Places for about 50 vans. No Facilities other than those at the Pier and very quiet, Those who choose to park on the road between Fairhaven and St Annes are the ones who will end up getting us all banned < Blackpool has overnight parking along the main car parks into the town ..........Stags Hens and coach parties will keep you awake till the early hours. Fleetwood has a dedicated motorhome parking area next to the Marine Hall and again £5 a night very quiet and good spot for cycling walking etc, you can overnight for free on the Seafront by the North Euston Hotel but you are either very tight or unaware of the Marine Hall as the parking slopes very steeply forwards . The rally sites are usually King Edward Arnold School or Blackpool South Shore Cricket Club on Mad Nook Lane
