We have a Eldis Autoquest and have problems with black spots on the front roof that are very difficult to remove. Also is there advise to get rid of scratches from passing branches on the side windows? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @MikeandJill

A photo would help. If you don't fancy getting up on the roof again, a ladder and selfie-stick will help, or pictures from an upper window if your van is at home.
Depends on what the 'black spots' are? Sometimes these are caused by a build-up of pollutants in the air, sometimes old bird droppings or tree sap.
Are the spots randomly spaced? Along seams? Any info will give us a clue

If it had been autumn I would of guessed birds eating berries and using your van for target practice. This time of year could be pollution out of the sky. Could try a cutting compound gently then polish followed by colonite wax so in the future it will be easier to wash off.
