I have windows 10 home version, so no BitLocker, is there a free alternative?

I am not a windows person, I only know about this due to a client who runs a couple of windows system needing encryption for his office systems (Financial service company).

I don't however know too many of the details. I pointed my client in this direction and left it with him. He knows I charge £200/hr for windows stuff. I don't touch windows and this puts most people off. So left him to it with these and a few more links.
