Birling Gap

Birling Gap is a National Trust area near Eastbourne with what looks like good parking inc MH. NT site gives parking charges (free for NT members and blue badge holders but then goes on to say MH are permitted £10 for up to 2 hours and £20 all day (no overnighting). Does anyone know whether the NT membership free parking also applies to MH's?

Could be confusing because there are two car parks only one of which is National Trust. I will probably go past it tomorrow, and if I remember, I will see what the parking machine has displayed.

The beachy head pub has parking for motorhomes incl. overnight though its a bit of a walk to Birling Gap.

When we have been members in the past its been OK.

Not familiar with the site you mention, but I've never known NT to differentiate between cars and any other vehicles including motorhomes, so I'm sure you'll be ok.

NT parking is free for members .Ive never been refused parking in my MH on any of their locations. Nothing in the membership asking what size vehicle you drive.

I've been put in with the coaches at Tatton Park which is much better than the general car park

You would need to get there early. It’s a busy place popular with us locals.
That’s if it hasn’t fallen over the cliff by the time you visit.
