Trying to apply for bip & go tag. Everytime I type in my vehicle registration it won't except it. Tells me to put another registration in. Anybody else had this problem

hi ours was my avatar 5000kg. & if i can remember its its only Spain & Portugal that you put your reg no in. we got ours through c/c/club & it was default at class 2 because they didn't know if it was for a m/h or caravan this was 6 years ago so try them first then Harrogate if not try these https://www.eurotunnel.com/uk/promotions/emovis-tag/

We have bipngo.Had a query about Non Payment. On the Porty car, i had missed out the spacing,altered it and sent it back,had a nice e-mail thanking me. Could it be a Spacing error ?

You need to make sure you’re on the uk site. Very easy to get on wrong site.
Once on correct site it works and really happy with ours. 4 countries in single tag.

The registration number shouldn’t matter.

We switch our Tag between our motorhome and our car depending on mode of travel. All Emovis needed was our billing address and Credit Card number.
