It has been a dreadful time, but a surprising one also, spending most of my life alone, I forget how wonderful human kindness feels
To all of you, Jim has been able to help me with your extremely kind donations, thank you from the bottom of my heart
The dogs and I will be able to get gas and a big shop now

Hi Nikki

I have only just been pointed to your post by Nikki (that's my wife Nikki). Sorry to see you are in this predicament. I notice that you have been carrying out previously domiciliary care.

I am an Ops Director with several care home facilities predominantly throughout the North West. But as a provider we have homes across the country.

If you wanted to do any care work please let me know. I could fix you up with some work and somewhere to park your van at one of the homes whilst this crisis plays it'self out.

Sure Jim will vouch for me and appreciate that you may well be fixed up by now or not wanting to move so far. But I am happy to try and arrange this for you or in fact any others that may have experience on a temp basis.

that's fine Nikki, the offer stands for yourself and any other funsters. I have in particular a home in Warrington that could accommodate for some cleaning/ care/ cook work I could pitch the van up behind the workshop and offer electric and water and cassette emptying ... Obviously we are talking about working with the countries most vulnerable so will need a clean bill of health in both their own person and criminally.


Can I just say to those funsters that may be in Nikki's position, also check your local care facilities, I am sure they could work something out for you, we are so desperate at the moment that tomorrow even Haganap is dusting off his nursing uniform and going to work...
