We are due to go away in couple of hours. First time for a few months. I put Alde heating on electric yesterday. Hot water ok. Heating not working. Tried on gas this morning with no water heating on. Boiler hot, pump shows as running but no heating around MH. Any suggestions please. Kon-tiki 2016. Thanks.

If the pump shows as running then the heating is switched on. May I suggest bleeding is necessary? Or park on a steep hill? - not joking...

Just a couple of thoughts.
Have you left it long enough to show heat at the outlets? Probably, but just a thought.
Has the pump frozen and stuck. Maybe it would show running but not actually turning. Bit of a tap on it to jolt it? Our water pump did that.
Hope you get it going👍

I would be checking that the pump is actually running despite what the panel says, is it in the header tank or inline near the boiler?

So boiler seems to be working ok. Possible airlock in the system prevent fluid being pumped around? Have you checked the fluid level in the reservoir?

Alde have a superb technical help line where you actually speak to a human! Always very helpful - 01933 677765

As I said above, our water pump froze then stuck. It showed running but it was just getting hot as the pump was not running water and cooling as a result. It eventually burnt out.
Is your pump actually running - sound etc. Is it warm as in stuck and burning out?

Thanks to Kev and Ju for phone number. Alde were helpful. Probably pump. Got to get back to dealer.
