I have, I'm pretty sure ads just get removed automatically if enough people report it.

I reported it to NCSC and Action Fraud as I want the f****r caught and charged with fraud - I left message with original seller on Autotrader to warn him/her that someone may well buy on ebay and turn up at their house demanding keys to the van etc and all the angst that goes with that.
Reporting to the local police is a complete and utter waste of time that's if you can get to speak to anyone!
