OK, I have been a fan of solar for a while now but these new roof mounted 3 mega Watt wind turbines certainly do the business.

You need a pretty sturdy roof and it does put you about 180 metres over the class 2 on the French peage but a small price to pay compared with the chance to sell power to a small town.

If the batteries are full just reverse the turbine and it blows you home.
