HI Lenny. We have been using the "3" sim in our MiFi for the last few years without a problem. We did have total problems with Vodaphone though.I've been using a Superdrug sim in France & Spain over the last 6 weeks, used 108gb so far.
£20 month and you can turn the auto renew off/on via your account and with the first payment you get £20 of Superdrug points.
Only downside is its on the Three network so you get all the usual problems when roaming with Three sims.
I've always had problems with 3 sims when roaming, when it connects to their preffered network the data is throttled so you have to search for another network. Often you move a few miles and it won't find a network so you have to do a network search. Mifi keeps logging out of the administrator account which slows it down.HI Lenny. I have just been Told by a sky rep that data is not going to be limited in Europe and any unused data rolls overso I think that’s where we will be getting our next sim.I will be using my Sky mobile sim as (at the moment) Sky do not limit the monthly data consumption. I've got a second sim for the mifi. You can use your regular UK account sim throughout the EU. I'll have built up a good "piggybank" of over 150GB by the time we drive to Spain in January. If by any chance I use that amount then I can top up my account online anytime. Just need to check that you have got the right APN setting if you are using a Huawei mifi. Sky use the O2 network.
Wow that's expensive!I am with EE. Offered unlimited data and one smart add on (EU Roaming) from EE this morning retaining my number £32per month for two years ?
