Best ski resort

Evening looking for ideas for next Christmas at a ski resort. Only got two weeks max first time so need lessons and other stuff to do . Probably best on a site ?

The nicest winter sites seem to be in Austria.
Chatel in France gets good reviews.
Or there's a bookable Aire with 16amp electricity in La Plagne which is ski in - ski out and lots of easy skiing.

La Plagne is part of the large Paradiski skiing area. Lots of great skiing there.

Iirc, there’s Motorhome spaces near a cable car on the Les Arcs side

I would strongly suggest as many visits as possible to a ski centre over here before going and a week rather than two after the first week you will be knackered. I would also suggest ski school every day and if you go in your MH factor in getting to the ski school on time.

If you are a first timer look at the smaller resorts in France or Austria
There is no need for any big ski areas when you are just starting
Personally I'm a hotel person for ski trips having the van adds to many extra challenges but some manage fine

We're the same. I usually find we get a late booking deal that's a better bet than taking the MH. We usually go at the start of January so low season and pay between £399 and £550 each half board with flights transfers etc often including wine with dinner. Thats in major ski areas usually ski in/out.
