We have 2 Gtechs and are very happy with them - relatively light, look like normal bikes and are nippy with no need for gears. We got them in January as they had a special offer with mudguards, helmets lights and a stand - think it has been extended so for £950 the price is comparable with other ebikes but they dont look like ebike;-)

Depends where you're going to ride? If you are going to do hills and off-road then best get an electric mountain bike, Haibike are top of the range but expensive, you could go for some cheaper alternatives like All Seasons or Zephyr. If you're sticking to the road, maybe a Gtech they're well built (in Britain) and have a good resale value should you decide later to make a better choice and get an electric mountian bike. See my reviews of electric bikes on ebikeclass.com
