If it is anything like our Bessacarr 442 with the shower cubicle next to the basin unit, then there is a small removable panel up inside the unit, under the basin, just behind the shower mixer. You should be able to release the supply pipes down by the floor and then using the access hole undo the retaining nut on the tap. Like most motorhome jobs it’s a bit of a fiddle but doable.
