Not familiar with your model, but would expect the flush will come from the main water tank, an expert will be along shortly I'm sure :)

Has anyone got a post-2000 motorhome that has an integral drinking water tank that also has a caravan-style separate loo flush tank? I've never seen one.

If you haven't got a separate little flap on the outside of your van just above where the door to take the loo cassette out is, then your loo will be getting it's flush water from your main tank, judging by the caravan-type loos.

We have a Bessacarr E454 2013 - loo arrangements may not be the same as yours though.
With ours, the filler's in the same compartment with the cassette - it's the top spout that I've turned out - just behind it is a transparent tube that shows how full the tank is.
