Could anyone recommend where to stay overnight with a campervan near Berlin for a few nights next month?

There is a site in Berlin not cheap but it looks convenient

We visited Berlin in 2020 and stayed for a few nights free and in a secure location that was monitored by the police. It is so easy to get to as you enter Berlin off the motorway too.
Funkturm Tower car park. (Motorhomes park in the end section)

There is other free parking by the stadium

This is where we stayed, it was pretty basic but convenient for the Ubahn, and Sbahn. 5min walk.
Accessible without going into the LEZ.
Plenty of shops, eateries nearby including Lidl and Woolworths.
It cost us €30 a night but we are 8.5m, the price varies on size, hookup, shower etc etc.
Definately book, we did see vans being turned away without bookings.
Shame its next month for the past 3 months €9 bought an unlimited transport ticket for the whole of Germany.

Try camping park sanssouci in Potsdam. They run a shuttle to tram stop, end of line. Easy run into Berlin. Loads of palaces in sanssouci park.

Yes we stayed at sanssouci. Quite crowded when we were there, and pitching was a bit erratic in parts. But good for visit to Berlin

I was going to recommend Potsdam, which itself is worth a visit - where the Potsdam Agreement was signed which split Germany into the 4 occupation zones. The Sanssouci Palace is worth a visit in itself.

Hi Petew stayed at same site as Sheddy two weeks ago ,perfect location for U-S bhan for quick access to all the Tourist sites ,Safe parking as Gate is locked overnight till 8am so no Vehicle/ people movement (Residents have a Key for side gate) , Was noisy with music from nearby Flakturm Towers at Humboldthain Park by local youths although this was a Friday night in the Summer and a very Still evening for sound to Travel.
Overall 30 euros per night is expensive but location , ease of access to City Centre makes it justifiable and location from autobahn makes access to site easy for any Size of Motorhome .
It also has showers/toilets etc which are in coverted Shipping Containers can’t comment on condition as we never use site facilities.Helpful guy on reception who gives you a Map & SU Bhan Route map

I can recommend Wohnmobilstellplatz Berlin Bootsstände Angermann in Pichelsdorf on the western edge of the city. It is a boatyard that is a Stellplatz in the summer when all the boats are in the water. Everything you need, and a very pleasant welcome. Nice and peaceful. Couple of hundred yards walk to a main bus route into the centre, takes about half an hour, every half hour/twenty minutes.

Supermarkets in the vicinity (bikes a good idea), and a surprisingly good resto nearby.

We hated the Sanssouci campsite, very expensive and not as easy journey into the city.
