Benimar fuel & ad Blue filler flaps (Ford)

Hi, we picked up our new Benimar Tessoro last week and have noticed that the fuel and the Ad Blue filler flaps open when the cab door opens - there doesn’t appear to be any sort of spring or clip to hold them closed. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there an easy fix, or is it a return to garage job? Any advice will be very welcome. Thanks

Sounds like the spring thingy has stopped working...

I would take it back..
