Benidorm 2015

    Looking to go to Benidorm for 4weeks next year in february stayed already on villasol but maybe looking for a change any suggestions would be welcome. Has anyone stayed on

    Armanello is not a bad site, but its too far out and the walk up the lane after dark is not for the feint hearted. It is one of the cheaper sites long term and is favoured by the Dutch.

    El raco is very good. on main road five minute walk in beni bus stops outside for Albir Alfas Altea shops and bars outside gate discounts for longer stays

    Hi Camping La Torreta is ok & closer to the town funsters stay there also cheers Rod

    Change from motor homing stayed at Hotel Riodor in Beni for a week in Jan has got many awards for catering and deservedly so. Entertainment every night, lovely atmosphere. We are booked for next Jan. Adults only.

    We have also stayed on El Raco it has 2 good swimming pools very nice views
    and is also only 5 min from town I think this year it is 16 euros per day that is
    with 2 kw of electric a day you have to stay for a minimum of 30 days to get that
    price it also includes tv connection a well stocked shop and a good bar and resturant

    yep Raco good we also stop at Almafra a bit further out but good facilities, and on the same bus route as Raco the number 10, also tram stop outside, we will be there from the 15th Feb to 7th April next year. Pete (y)(y)(y)

    Our preference is Villa Sol, why stop on a site situated up a long hill. It might be slightly cheaper but after a good night out, no thank you.

    Armanello has had a lot of improvements done last year its a great site june july but is a but like cardboard city in the winter villaosl is ok but i hate the way they decide to charge different prices depending who is on duty and the bar manager is the most miserable git i have ever met benisol is also a good site and acsi but a bit further out of toiwn but on the bus route so no problem getting into town we are heading for raco this time cant comment aint been there before but booking if poss is recommended la torrenta is also ok seemed good when i visited it but again had quotes of different prices from the site for the same time period

    First year of retirement and looked at at all these sites but cannot get a quote for jan / feb 2015 all say no results found

    Same for us first year , i tried prices for late this year and dont think there would be that much difference for next year. may see you there next year. Hope you are enjoying retirement as much as we are

    I know what I pay. Have been paying the same price for the last 5 years. Before that the same price for the previous 5 years and before that, the same price for the previous 5 years. A bit boring really, but thats what you get by being a regular customer. I was in Benidorm in July for 14 days and paid the same rate as I would pay for winter long stays. If I call in whilst passing for a few days I only pay the long term rate. All this dodging about between sites is not always in your favour, as once you become a known regular customer they will all give preferential rates.

    you wont get a rate yet because their 2015 rates aint online yet but email them and they will sort ya el raco will be 16 same as last year

    Well it looks like I'll be at el raco for my winter cultural visit to Benidorm, so far I've got to see the Bendorm Palace The Solarno and the Black Hen
    I had a email quoting 16 euro for 30+

    must say peter i have never really looked at almafra but it looks a good site although further out of town on the bus route so all ok
