Been given ferry ticket (1 Viewer)

Ok so i have bought another van and seller had booked van on ferry newhaven - dieppe the van is booked on a sailing in march ie registration no.

It is booked via ferrysavers they wont respond to email and cant find phone no (non refundable ticket) but you can make amendments if you can contact them.

So i have dfds reference no and i am going to try and change name and amend booking via dfds themselves.

Personally i have found that it is cheaper to go direct to ferry company than these firms i always go dover-dunkirk and that may be reason £44 each way dog £30 flexi on return £20 total cost £138 up to 7m

If i can alter ticket bonus if not fair enough

Will update outcome when i have spoken to dfds

Thanks for that have bypassed the middleman i phoned dfds direct with booking ref no the person that actually booked it just has to email my details and it will get put in my name free of charge.

If i want to alter the port and add a dog if can be done but i would have to pay for that so DFDS response to my question is very good

Added dog on ticket dfds have only charged me £8 not the normal £18 so newhaven to dieppe in march 10am sailing and it is only 30miles away just return to sort excellent result

Not sure how prices compare at port or online if you sit around for a few days
