BBC sounds app

OK not everyone listens to radio 2 but I have the app and now sat in a car park at Stuttgart listening to Johnny Walker via the phone plugged into the radio USB.

Don’t know how much data it uses but I still have 3 out of 4gb left so will keep an eye on it.

I think it’s pretty good so I deleted the iPlayer radio app which it seems to replace.

I can't get on with the Sounds app at all Martin, I'd been using it on my Ipad and it kept hanging which the radio I player never has

I do enjoy Johnnie Walker though, both on the radio & in my glass

About 20mb per hour I think so will try driving with it plugged in next time we move, then see how it handles the sat nav speech through the speakers as well.
