We've camped here but won't be at this one. You get a great view of the displays from your pitch. To whet your appetite....

Display Item 1: The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF).

The BBMF have been approved to work-up a special display to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Britain called the ‘Dowding Display’.

The’ Dowding Display’, consists 5 aircraft which includes the Avro Lancaster bomber, Spitfires and Hurricanes.

When you camped there was your pitch near the runway? I've just spoken to them and this year the campsite has apparently been moved over the main road so unsure, if we go, as to whether to just make it a day trip by car.
