Would anyone know where I could source leisure battery trays similar to the one in pics.
Thanks.

Your pictures appear to show home made hold down plates and not true battery trays which are normally plastic and should be fairly easy to obtain.
Thanks for that, i want to avoid plastic if possible, i want a Bank of 4, plastic trays do not appear to be that secure.

All you need to do is stop the battery from sliding about. That could be done by screwing a batten (or two) to the floor. Do that and it’d be easier to adapt if you change to a different arrangement later.

Was a newbie, now a Middie.
I use these...........

Cheap as chips, you can screw them down through the base, get the right size, fit the lid, and the battery is going nowhere. Slight adaption for the cables, (hole cutter), and if you wish, you can add flexible vent(s) to the top. Any spillage stays inside the acid proof plastic.
Got 8 of them on our narrowboat as well. (y)(y)(y)(y)

If you do a search on ebay for "battery trays" there are quite a few. Not sure you would get a metal one like that though.
