Battery settings on Control panel

I have a AS Kingham 2015 with. Solar panel.
I have had two replacement 100 ah 12v leisure batteries fitted today.
Looking at the battery capacity settings on the EC480 control panel should the battery capacity be set at 100Ah or as there are two leisure batteries should the battery capacity be reset at 200 Ah now ?

The control panel, plus any chargers and loads, will regard the two new batteries as one big single battery, with a capacity of 200Ah.
