My question is I wish to switch over from my existing lead acid batteries to lithium
In my motorhome Chausson flash.
I have already purchased votronic VBCS 45/30/350 Triple Converter
I intend to buy 12V, 2.4kWh LiFePO4 set with 200Ah cells , BMS mobile monitoring
( would love to have 400 amps but just a little big)
Is it Difficult to bypass the existing charger distribution system habitation side ?
I have spent quite a few hours around the internet looking for similar fruitlessly
Thanks david

I would think so, but what system is in the Chausson now?

I fitted a LiFePO4 to my Hymer. Initially I planned to disconnect the mains from the Schaudt EBL to stop it charging. I was told by Schaudt that all I needed to do was pull the 12v charging fuse and connect the new charger directly to the battery (fused).

With the CB516 charger being separate from the distribution box it might just be a matter of unplugging it. The Schaudt EBL is a bit more complex because it combines charger and distribution.
