Hi, i have two lesuire batteries, which are wired together if one of these batteries is starting to fail does this affect the other battery, does it trick the charger with the good battery altering the 3 stage intelligent charger to miss a stage of charging and just go to maintenance?
is it advisable to replace the failing battery imediately

many many years! since I was a kid
if one battery drops a cell or gets sulphated it will drag the good one own and damage it too. the charger will be working hard trying to boost charge but nothing gets in

be prepared to replace both

not long enough
When I bought my current MH, from a private seller, I had not noticed he only demonstrated everything on EHU

I was mortified when I stopped on the way home and nothing worked

Turned out one of my 2 batteries had failed and dragged the other down so it looked like both were US

So I bought 2 new, fitted them and then found out I had a perfectly good one still

Good news it is now running an electric fence in Spain at a friends house keeping foxes off his chickens so not all bad!!

Hopefully you only need one as well
