Battery help please

I have owned a Swift Rio 310 for around 2 months now. Normally it is parked on my drive and plugged in. Recently I decided to unplug it and see how long the battery lasted with just the single roof mounted solar panel; the fridge was switched off but, presumably the alarm will put a drain on it.
For a couple of days the indicator panel above the door stayed in the green showing between 12 & 13 volts. This morning it is orange indicating that the charge has dropped below 12 volts. The Solar charger is showing a green light so presumably that is working OK.
The van is a 2016 model and I would not be surprised if it is the original battery.
I would like advice on the following please:
Do I need to do anything at this stage? I have no long periods off EHU planned at the moment. I am attending the Bath & Western showground for 4 nights with the Funsters, so that will be a test!
I do not wish to spend Thousands on a full lithium set up as I will not be taking the van abroad and, at my age, will probably not keep it for more than 5 years or so.
What are my (cost effective) options. Can I just re new the battery and if so what is the best one to go for?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Or take the opportunity to do an upgrade and fit 2 x new one's, give you double the capacity.

Lithium is a big step if you dont really need to use it. We do lots of rally camping and our 2 lead batteries and 2 x solar panels work ok for us. Winter would be an issue but then we do very little that time of year unless it's in warmer // sunnier climates..

As the battery is on its side under the drivers seat I presume it can't be a lead acid one.
 
Best to get hold of a multimeter and check the batteries directly rather than through the control panel to determine thier exact SOC.but a fully charged battery should hold its charge better than you advise ,more so with a solar charge going in even on a dull day.

If it’s on its side it’s likely to be Gell.
But as has been suggested get a meter on it and check the voltage properly.

Us lucky people with nice big under bench battery area's keep forgetting about those squeesed in battery areas..
Gel or AGM then... If that battery has served you well up till now why not stick with same make and type.

Mine came with Varta wet so i just kept to the same.
