Battery delivery in Highlands?

Does anyone have knowledge of a battery supplier who delivers to the Highland region (think Fort William or Inverness) without loading the delivery costs.

Excuse this Southerner's obvious ignorance but don't garages or motor accessory shops in Inverness or Fort William stock vehicle batteries?

Ah, so she wants a leisure battery. Down South here caravan and m/h accessory shops and dealers have them in stock. No midges though .

90% of my touring is abroad, mostly on aires and since I have access to free starter batteries I've used the same one for about 5 years now as my leisure/hab battery. Mind you, my 1995 m/h has a standard and somewhat basic system, i.e. without B2B, solar, etc.).

If it's any old leisure battery she wants and is stuck Try Halfords... sure there will be one up there!!!

If it's desperate and she can travel a wee bit she could try Sutherland Caravans just north of Tain as I think they srtock leisure batteries (at what cost?).
