Can't recommend these highly enough. After 18 months the wife's bike had a minor problem. I broke the stand so contacted batribike to purchase a replacement . They offered straight away to fix this free of charge if I took the bike back to the place of purchase. After asking if I could fit it myself as it was a bit of a problem taking it back, no problem and they shipped the part to me super quick.
