Bathroom Sink issue (1 Viewer)

We have a Burstner Brevio which we love. Noticed last time out the slide away sink appeared to have dropped a little. I have attached a couple of pictures showing what’s wrong. Does anyone know how I can get into the top pivot without taking the wall out, to see what the problem is.

If it’s like my brothers burstner it’s a few screws to remove wall

Before I do that, I’ve ordered an endoscope so I can hopefully see what’s come lose
