Yes I did the same saw the sign on the A36 no where to stop thought they wrote to you or emailed! Never been through emissions zone before! Got stung for £60 fine!
No warning or alternative route!

I hear Bristol are setting one up that is Mir complex! We’re only driving motorhome don’t put on the pressure.

Very soon there will be CAZs everywhere. How you keep up with it God knows. Fortunately our van is compliant in all CAZs up until now.
Easy money ripping off motorists.
I got a parking ticket on my scooter in Birmingham. I wrote back and said I was on private land. Council said I must have been on public land to get there. I said see you in court.
Another letter arrives saying we have reviewed your ticket and let you off. I send another letter saying how comes you let me off when I did nothing. End of.

Yep, if you see a sign just stop and U or multi point turn as necessary. Any complaints just point at the sign and shrug

Your fine is still £40 cheaper than our moho's daily charge of £100

By the way, you know the new £1 coin is hexagonal, rather than round, so you can use a spanner to prise it from the hand of a Yorkshire man.

So how is this for logic, my Euro 6 Ducato 180 Bhoutan MH emmisions 170mg is free from any charge. My 66 plate i10 émission 130mg tax £30 is not . Checked on the Bath website !!!!

Bath charges are £100 a day for a euro5 over 3.5t motorhome.

Here’s my 2016 Euro5 3.7t Motorhome CAZ charges.
Bath is zero charge.
Next to it is the charges for our Motorhome at 3.5t.
Work that one out
So no charges for going heavy and road tax down from £290 to £165.
