Barwig Tap Options

Hi

I have a barwig single mixer tap that leaks when moving from hot to cold. (It isn't the hoses leaking)

Can the seal be replaced or is it a replacement

I'm not familiar with this brand of tap, but motorhome taps unlike house taps tend not to get frequent enough use to wear out, but they are often exposed to freezing and can crack internally. I hope I'm wrong in this case.
