Baltic States/Poland - any info? (1 Viewer)

Lucky (?) enough to be heading Scandanavia way - question is:
anyone have recent experience of Latvia/Estonia/Lithuania (+Poland for that matter) as route back to Germany, as opposed to back-tracking though Sweden/Denmark? I use Bord Atlas, not searched internet yet on this topic, just testing the water through you guys first as to suggested stops, security, places to see, wild camping policy, water availability etc..
Any tips appreciated, thanks in advance. In northern Holland atm.

the only info I can give is

1. dont expect to see too many builders

and

2. Be aware they have a shortage of bus drivers
