Hi funsters, I have a Bailey Autograph 765 and I’m wondering if anyone has fitted a permanent draught skirt rail to a Bailey. Up to now I have used a home made skirt fitted to the flat part of the van side with rubber suckers, this allowed the skirt to fit over the rear wheel arch and the low profile door. However, when out on a particularly windy weekend recently the shortcomings of this system became apparent with the wind coming through the gaps between the rubber suckers.
I would like to fit a permanent rail (Don’t know why the manufacturers don’t fit them) so that I get a full seal of the skirt. Any suggestions?
Regards Pete.

I have a Hymer B678DL and what I have done is stick an awning rail on the back of the skirt with Stixall and it works a treat you can peg the bottom and top held nice and firm. Advantage is there is no ugly rail on outside of van.:xThumb::xThumb::xThumb:
