Bailey cracked door window

Hi all
Hope your all keeping well.

question- looking at photo we have just noticed crack in door window, any suggestions on repair or replacement and also how it might of happened ?

Does it line up with the security handle? if so it could have been the security handle swinging round and hitting it, or even the security handle was in place and locked and someone tried to open the door from the inside...

Looks like a Hartel door, so you should be able to order new glazing quite easily although the lockdown may cause delay.

Try o'Leary's (but I think they're closed at the moment) as they've got some door glasses on their website. Whether there's one that fits for you?

Is the door in direct sunlight as I see you have the silver screen pulled up? or was it just for the photo.

Yes the door is facing full morning sun and yes screen is normally down.
Just wondering how to go about it now

The actual window looks ok its the window surround by the looks of things

The windows are only held in by silicone ,so should be easy to replace.Bailey parts are taking orders but not dispatching until they reopen.
